On May 8, 2025, Kimbell Royalty Partners, LP (the “Partnership”) issued a news release announcing its first quarter 2025 financial and operating results. A copy of the news release is attached hereto, furnished as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated in this Item 2.02 by reference.

Also on May 8, 2025, the Partnership posted an updated investor presentation on its website.
