On May 21, 2025, Reliance, Inc. (the “Company”) held its Annual Meeting of Stockholders (the “Annual Meeting”) via live webcast. At the Annual Meeting, 47,383,352 shares were represented in person or by proxy, or 89.59% of the total shares outstanding as of the record date for the Annual Meeting.
