On July 11, 2025, Kelly M. Dilts, Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Dollar General Corporation (the “Company”), informed the Company of her decision to resign, effective August 28, 2025, to pursue another opportunity. The Company has commenced a search for her successor.
