Other Events.

On July 21, 2025, ArriVent BioPharma, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that the Company’s topline pivotal phase 3 FURVENT data for firmonertinib in first-line NSCLC EGFR exon20 insertion mutations is projected to be early 2026. A copy of the press release is filed as Exhibit 99.1 hereto and is hereby incorporated by reference into this Item 8.01.
