Results of Operation and Financial Condition

On July 31, 2025, CytoSorbents Corporation (the “Company”) issued a press release highlighting the broad mechanisms of action and results of new studies that demonstrate the vital and evolving role of CytoSorb® therapy in the treatment of sepsis and septic shock. On September 10, 2025, the Company plans to host a World Sepsis Day Global Webinar in commemoration of Sepsis Awareness Month and World Sepsis Day in September. A copy of the press release is furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.1.
