Concord Healthcare Announces ~~Completion~~Interim ofResults ~~Placing~~on ofThe ~~New~~Stock ~~Shares~~Exchange ~~under~~of ~~General~~Hong ~~Mandate~~Kong Limited

Concord Healthcare Group Co., Ltd. (“Concord Healthcare”), a subsidiary of Concord Medical Services Holdings Limited (the “Company”) (NYSE: CCM), which subsidiary is listed on the Main Board of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (the “HKSE”) under the stock code 2453.HK, announced itits ~~completed~~interim ~~the~~results ~~placing~~for ~~on July 29, 2025 in accordance with terms and conditions of~~ the ~~placing~~six ~~agreement~~months ~~previously~~ended ~~announced on July~~June 2230, 2025. Aon ~~total of 48~~August 28,~~723,600~~ ~~placing shares have been successfully placed by the placing agent to no fewer than six placees at the placing price of HK$5~~2025.~~54 per placing share pursuant to the terms and conditions of the placing agreement.~~
