Regulation FD.

On October 27, 2025 (October 28, 2025 in Australia), Coronado Global Resources Inc. (the “Company”) lodged an announcement with the Australian Securities Exchange that announced the Company’s entry into a non-binding term sheet with Stanwell Corporation Ltd. A copy of the announcement is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
