On October 28, 2025, CTO Realty Growth, Inc., a Maryland corporation (the "Company"), issued an earnings press release, an investor presentation, and a supplemental disclosure package relating to the Company’s financial results for the quarter ended September 30, 2025. Copies of the press release, investor presentation, and supplemental disclosure package are attached hereto as Exhibits 99.1, 99.2 and 99.3, respectively, and are incorporated herein by reference.
