On October 29, 2025, Farmland Partners Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its financial position as of September 30, 2025, results of operations for the three and nine months ended September 30, 2025 and other related information. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.
