On October 31, 2025, Polestar Automotive Holding UK PLC (“Company”) issued a press release stating it had received a notice from the Nasdaq Stock Market LLC due to the Company not being in compliance with the $1.00 minimum bid price requirement, as set forth in Nasdaq Listing Rule 5450(a)(1). A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
