Other Events

On December 3, 2025, the Company issued a news release announcing strong production from the Don David Gold Mine and the strategic decision to resume work on the Back Forty Project in Michigan. A copy of the news release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
