Item 5.03 Amendments to Articles of Incorporation or Bylaws; Change in Fiscal Year.

On December 10, 2025, the board of trustees (the “Board”) of FS Credit Income Fund (the “Fund”) approved a change to the Fund’s fiscal year end from October 31 to December 31, beginning with the current fiscal year, which will now end on December 31, 2025. The change will be reflected in the Fund’s annual report on Form N-CSR for the period from November 1, 2025 to December 31, 2025.
