On February 3, 2026, Phibro Animal Health Corporation issued a press release announcing the declaration of a quarterly cash dividend of $0.12 per share on its Class A common stock and Class B common stock, payable on March 25, 2026, to stockholders of record at the close of business on March 4, 2026.
