Other Events.

On February 6, 2026, the Board of Trustees of KKR FS Income Trust (the “Company”) declared a monthly dividend of $0.225 per share on the Company’s common shares of beneficial interest, which will be paid on or about March 27, 2026 to shareholders of record as of the close of business on February 27, 2026. Shareholders may receive the dividend payments in cash or in shares of the Company’s common shares of beneficial interest in accordance with their election under the Company’s distribution reinvestment plan.
