On February 19, 2026, Accendra Health, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release regarding its financial results for the fourth quarter and year ended December 31, 2025. The Company is furnishing the press release attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 pursuant to Item 2.02 of Form 8-K.
