Item 2.02Results of Operations and Financial Conditions.

On February 24, 2026, eXp World Holdings, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its financial results for the three months and full year ended December 31, 2025. A copy of the Company’s press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.

On February 10, 2026, the Company’s Board of Directors declared a cash dividend of $0.05 per share of the Company’s outstanding common stock. The dividend is expected to be paid on March 27, 2026 to the stockholders of record on March 9, 2026.
