What Happened
Alliance Resource Partners, L.P. (ARLP) announced on June 5, 2026 that it entered into definitive agreements to acquire all remaining general partner and limited partner interests in AllDale Minerals III, LP and AllDale Minerals IV, LP that it does not already own.
