Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.

On May 6, 2025, Qualys, Inc. (“Qualys”) issued a press release announcing its financial results for the quarter ended March 31, 2025. In the press release, Qualys also announced that it will hold a conference call on May 6, 2025, to discuss its financial results for the quarter ended March 31, 2025. The full text of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
