TRADER CLASSIFIED MEDIA N.V., a corporation incorporated under the laws of The Netherlands ("Trader Classified Media"), issued a press release dated October 1st, 2002 announcing a major agreement between controlling shareholders and a 25% increase in its public float. The press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Report on Form 6-K and is incorporated by reference herein.
