- [F1]The reporting person was the sole shareholder of Joyrich Group Limited ("Joyrich"), Fabregas Group Limited ("Fabregas") and Statepro Investments Ltd. ("Statepro"), which own 17,023,700 shares, 3,163,188 shares and 488 shares of the Issuer's common stock, respectively. Pursuant to two Share Purchase Agreements, both dated November 19, 2010, the reporting person transferred 100% of ownership in both Joyrich and Fabregas to Brian Pak Lun Mok (the "Transfers"). After the transfers, the reporting person ceased to be 10% owner of the Issuer's Common Stock.
