The number of shares is computed by dividing the value of the units by the daily closing price. Dividends are automatically invested in additional units at the election of the participant. These holdings have been trued up to conform to the RSP balance at 3/1/11 and reflect the acquisition of approximately 7.43 shares on 4/15/10, 8.59 shares on 7/15/10, 8.04 shares on 10/15/10, and 8.02 shares on 1/18/11 due to dividend reinvestment.
