- [F1]On January 1, 2017, a Form 4 filed for the reporting person mistakenly reported the acquisition of 12,701 shares of performance-based restricted stock pursuant to a grant under the issuer's 2017 Performance Share Plan ("PSP") (7,822 shares), as well as a prorated 2016 PSP grant related to a promotional increase (4,879 shares), instead of the correct number of 10,161 shares (6,258 shares for the 2017 PSP grant and 3,903 shares for the prorated 2016 grant). This amended Form 4 is being filed for the reporting person to correct the number of shares awarded accordingly. PSP shares are earned over a three-year performance period based on pre-established performance objectives. Any difference between shares granted and shares earned at the end of the performance period will be reported upon payout.
