Common Stock under the First Midwest Bancorp, Inc. Omnibus Stock and Incentive Plan which were scheduled to vest 50% on the first anniversary of the date of grant and the remaining 50% on the second anniversary. On December 8, 2017, 2,059 shares of the originally granted RSAs vested, of which 666 shares were surrendered by the Reporting Person in order to satisfy tax withholding obligations.
