Item 8.01 Other Events.

On October 8, 2024, it was announced that Insight Select Income Fund (“INSI”) (NYSE: INSI), a closed-end investment company, entered into a definitive agreement under which KKR Income Opportunities Fund (NYSE: KIO), a closed-end investment company advised by KKR Credit Advisors (US) LLC, will acquire the assets of INSI.
