The other 120,000 warrants vest according to the following schedule: (i) 50% on January 15, 2013, and (ii) 50% on June 15, 2013, and then may be exercised immediately. In order for the 120,000 warrants to vest the holder must be with the company in the same capacity as he is now. If he leaves the company prior to vesting the 120,000 warrants terminate.
