Notice is hereby given that the Holders of Certificates evidencing a majority of the Voting Rights allocated to the Controlling Class have designated CWCapital Asset Management LLC to serve as the Special Servicer under the Pooling and Servicing Agreement. This was effective July 13, 2005.
