Item 2.02			Results of Operations and Financial Condition.

On February 27, 2025, Infinera Corporation (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing financial results for its fourth quarter and fiscal year ended December 28, 2024. The Company also posted on the Investor Relations section of its website (www.infinera.com) investor slides for its fourth quarter and fiscal year ended December 28, 2024. A copy of the press release and investor slides are furnished as Exhibit 99.1 and Exhibit 99.2, respectively, to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
