On January 4, 2010, the Board of Directors accepted the resolution to extend the repayment of four loans from Hokley Limited (“Hokley”). Hokley has agreed to extend repayment until June 30, 2010 in exchange for a penalty charge of 10% of the capital debt. The total principal amount of the four loans is US$74,000.
