Effective February 2, 2010 Mr. Mathew Hughes has resigned from the position of Chief Operating Officer of HuntMountain Resources Ltd.

Effective February 2, 2010 Mr. Bryn Harman has resigned from the position of Chief Financial Officer of HuntMountain Resources Ltd.
