Pursuant to the terms of the Common Stock Option, 50% of the Common Stock Option vested on January 30, 2013 with the remaining 50% of the Common Stock Option to vest monthly over the thirty-six months following January 30, 2013. On April 17, 2013, the Reporting Person transferred the vested portion of the Common Stock Option (the option to purchase 1,000,000 shares of common stock) to his wife from whom he is legally separated, as required by a qualified domestic relations order.
