RSUs were awarded 1/3/13 as partial compensation for Board services through 1/3/14. In accordance with the change-in-control provision of the Company's 2008 Long Term Incentive Plan under which these RSUs were awarded, these RSUs immediately vested upon the Company's closing of the acquisition of Hego AB on May 22, 2013.
