("Parent") and Antenna Products Acquisition Corp., a wholly owned subsidiary of Parent ("Merger Sub"), pursuant to which, on July 31, 2013, Merger Sub merged with and into the Issuer, with the Issuer surviving the Merger as a wholly owned subsidiary of Parent. Upon completion of the merger, the shares converted into the right to receive $1.25 per share in cash.
