("Parent") and Antenna Products Aquisition Corp., a wholly owned subsidiary of Parent ("Merger Sub"), pursuant to which, on July 31, 2013, Merger Sub merged with and into the Issuer (the "Merger"), with the Issuer surviving the Merger as a wholly owned subsidiary of Parent. Upon completion of the Merger, the shares converted into the right to receive $1.25 per share in cash.
