Item 2.02

Results of Operations and Financial Condition

On August 8, 2013, Yankee Holding Corp. (“Holding Corp."), a wholly-owned subsidiary of YCC Holdings LLC, announced financial results for Holding Corp. for the second quarter ended June 29, 2013. The results of the statement of operations for Holding Corp. are not materially different than the results for YCC Holdings LLC, other than interest expense and benefit from income taxes. The full text of the press release issued in connection with the announcement is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
