Of these 4,000,000 Performance Options, 2,600,000 previously vested on December 16, 2011, and, as reported by this Form 4, the remaining 1,400,000 vested on December 24, 2013. Thus, all 4,000,000 Performance Options have vested and are currently exercisable.
