Excess Benefit and Deferred Compensation Plan of 2005 (the "Compensation Plan Trust"), are subject to automatic reinvestment of dividends pursuant to the Issuer's Dividend Reinvestment Plan. On April 17, 2014, July 18, 2014 and October 17, 2014, dividends on these shares were paid and automatically reinvested by the Compensation Plan Trust in additional Class A Common Stock for the benefit of Mr. Myers in the amounts of 15.4416 shares, 15.2469 shares and 15.2806 shares, respectively.
