Silver Maple 2018 is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Silver Maple 2001, which is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Gazit America Inc. ("Gazit America"), which is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Gazit-Globe Ltd. ("Gazit-Globe"). Mr. Katzman is a Director and the Chief Executive Officer ("CEO") of Gazit-Globe and a non executive Vice Chairman of the issuer. The reporting person disclaims beneficial ownership of such shares except to the extent of the reporting person's pecuniary interest therein, if any, Silver Maple 2001, Gazit America and Gazit-Globe retain beneficiary ownership over such shares.
