- [F2]As of April 27, 2018, as a result of internal transfers, American Entertainment Properties Corp. ("AEPC") directly beneficially owns 19,984,418 Shares.
- [F3]Icahn Building LLC ("Icahn Building") is the sole stockholder of AEPC. Icahn Enterprises Holdings is the sole member of Icahn Building.
- [F4]Beckton Corp. ("Beckton") is the sole stockholder of Icahn Enterprises G.P. Inc. ("Icahn Enterprises GP"), which is the general partner of Icahn Enterprises Holdings.
- [F5]Beckton is 100-percent owned by Carl C. Icahn. As such, Mr. Icahn is in a position indirectly to determine the investment and voting decisions made by AEPC.
