Mr. Eric Fuller is a co-trustee, along with his mother, Ms. Janice Fuller, of the Trust. Mr. Eric Fuller and Ms. Janice Fuller have shared dispositive power with respect to shares held in the Trust, and Mr. Eric Fuller has sole voting power. This clarification also applies to the subsequent Forms 4 filed by the reporting person after his original Form 3 was filed. The remaining holdings of Mr. Eric Fuller as reported in the original Form 3 were correct.
