Lee Equity Fund VI, L.P., Thomas H. Lee Equity Fund VII, L.P. and Thomas H. Lee Partners, L.P. ("THL Partners"), these shares were required to be transferred to Managers VI and Managers VII following the lapse of restrictions.

Therefore, the Reporting Person may be deemed to beneficially own the shares of the Issuer owned directly by each of Managers VI and Managers VII.
