("Credit Fund GP"), the general partner of the NCB Capital Credit Fund I L.P ("Credit Fund").
- [F2]Represents shares of common stock of the Issuer directly held and transferred (the "Transfer") by SNB, for an aggregate purchase price of $19,850,000, to the Credit Fund on July 8, 2021, pursuant to a Share Option Agreement, dated October 8, 2018.
