Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On September 9, 2022, Sashi Brown notified the Board of Directors of SportsTek Acquisition Corp., a Delaware corporation (the “Company”), of his resignation as a director of the Company, effective immediately. His resignation was not due to any disagreement with the Company.
