Such numbers were inadvertently stated as 13,500 in the Form 4. Such numbers should have been stated as 3,000 in the Form 4.

The option vests and becomes exercisable based on the Issuer's satisfaction of certain performance criteria. On December 30, 2022, the Issuer confirmed that certain of the performance criteria were met, resulting in vesting of the option as to 3,000 shares.
