The Reorganization did not involve any purchase or sale of securities of the Issuer. The Reporting Person is filing this exit Form 4 to report that it is no longer a beneficial owner of securities of the Issuer. Global Atlantic Limited (Delaware) and certain affiliates are separately filing a Form 3.
