Results of Operations and Financial Condition

On May 12, 2025, Tandy Leather Factory, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release (the “Press Release”) and filed its Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q announcing its financial results for the first quarter of fiscal year 2025. A copy of the Press Release is attached as Exhibit 99.1.
