Mrs. Stephens Greth was, and following the Reorganization continues to be, the ultimate beneficial owner of the Company Common Stock held of record by SGF FANG Holdings, LP. Mrs. Stephens Greth disclaims beneficial ownership over any of the shares reported on this Form 3 except to the extent of her pecuniary interest therein.
