Regulation FD Disclosure.

On February 12, 2026, Trump Media & Technology Group Corp., a Florida corporation (the “Company”), issued a press release to remind broker participants of the February 13, 2026 deadline to provide information about the Company’s shareholders as of the February 2, 2026 record date for the Company’s digital token initiative.
