Item 8.01 Other Events.

On May 18, 2006, China Finance, Inc. changed the name of its wholly-owned operating subsidiary in China from Shenzhen Shiji Ruichen Guaranty and Investment Co., Ltd. to Shenzhen Hua Yin Guaranty and Investment Limited Liability Corporation.
