Effective February 5, 2007, Mr. Darshan Mundi has resigned as a director of Dhanoa Minerals Ltd. (the “Company”). There have been no disagreements between the Company and Mr. Mundi regarding the Company’s operations, policies or practices. The Board of Directors of the Company has not appointed anyone as a director to fill the vacancy created by the resignation of Mr. Mundi.
