Departure of Directors or Principal Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers

On March 19, 2007, Berman Center, Inc. (the “Company”) received notice of the resignation of Robert Peele as a director of the Company, effective immediately. The resignation of Robert Peele was not due to any disagreement with the Company.
